Payment

  • Payment can be made using cash, credit/debit cards, or through online payment methods like PayPal. All prices are in USD and include any applicable taxes.
  • For orders placed online, payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders placed in-store may be subject to a deposit, with the balance due upon collection.
  • We do not offer a layaway service or payment plans for any items.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping is available for orders placed online or over the phone. Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout based on the weight and destination of the order.
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
  • Paper Chase is not responsible for any delays in shipping due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, carrier issues, or customs delays.
  • Any damages or discrepancies in your order must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. We will do our best to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

Returns and Exchanges

  • We offer a 14-day return policy for all items purchased in-store or online. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Returns can be made in-store or by mail. If returning by mail, the customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • Exchanges for items of equal or lesser value are accepted within the 14-day return period. If the item being exchanged is of greater value, the customer will be required to pay the difference.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Product Availability

  • While we strive to keep our inventory up to date, there may be instances where an item is out of stock. In this case, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a replacement item of equal value or a full refund.
  • Some items may be available for pre-order or backorder. In these cases, estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase.

  • Please follow the care instructions provided with your items to ensure longevity and optimal performance.
  • Paper products should be kept away from water, direct sunlight, and extreme temperatures to prevent damage.
  • Writing instruments should be stored in a cool, dry place to maintain their quality and performance.
